We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Stage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of stage operations, ensuring that performances run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all stage operations during rehearsals and live events.
- Work closely with performers, technical teams, and production staff to ensure seamless transitions and cues.
- Oversee stage setup, including props, lighting, sound, and equipment placement.
- Communicate clearly with all departments to ensure everyone is aligned on timing and changes.
- Anticipate and resolve any on-stage issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure the stage environment is hazard-free.
- Provide post-event reports and feedback to the production team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Stage Manager or in a similar live event role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of stagecraft, technical equipment, and production processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale productions or live events.
- Familiarity with stage management software and tools.
